California Missile Mystery May be Solved
(NECN) - The mystery of a vapor trail seen off the Southern California coast may be solved.
The Pentagon says an airplane was the likely cause. Many people thought the vapor trail resembled the cloudy track of a missile in flight.
Military officials say the trail was exaggerated by the camera angle, winds and other environmental factors.
BEGINNING IN 2014 I will reply to only occasional comments here, while appreciating every visit and all comments! My reason is to enable me to utilize that time to read and comment on your blog posts instead! If/when I get more organized I may later return to replying to comments here, but one of my New Years resolutions is to spend more time at your sites: reading, enjoying, learning! We had an article about this in the local paper. Since NORAD is here in the springs we pay attention when something is said. They said it was a plane & would make no other comment. Makes you wonder if they are telling the truth :)

Uh huh. I saw a very strange meteorite the other night that was trailing sparks. Whatever is going on, we may be sure that we won't learn the truth about it, at least not right away.
