Oh, I wish you had written this longer! It would make a lovely short story. And what a great grayscale photograph. I was so taken with the sad old people and their thought-bubbles I didn't at first notice their capering shadows. This Magpie was a lovely experience, and I looked at it a long time. Thank you.
Arnab Majumdar~ Ah, yes, at least as sweet as the fun of reading your comment!
earlybird~ Really? That is so funny, because I only imagined this probably happened in some household somewhere at sometime. Now you are proof. :)
Niamh~ I admired the image so much and enjoyed your comment.
jane.healy~ (I like that dot in between your names.) I am sorry to read that you feel like that sometimes. May that not be true in the future.:)
mythopolis~ Great pic, I agree. I would dance with a garlic guy that way too.
Trellissimo~ Thank you so much!
Cat Chat~ I love it too, Caren. How about your cats? I have noticed that garlic is added to many dog food formulas but have not checked to see if the same is true with cat food. Supposedly it repels fleas (not fact-checked). ^.^
Lucy~ You looked at this magpie for a long time, and I read your comment more than once! It was so beautifully expressed that I admired it.
Indigo~ "The delicate dance of life" = how beautiful. I think it has been enriched with garlic for centuries; it is such luscious stuff!
the watercats~ Oh, you may be cynical but your singing voice would never be the beautiful thing that it is without you overriding your cynicism at times. ^.^
Helen~ Absolutely! I am remembering an Italian dinner house in Reno when I was a kid, where my sister and I could watch my mother and step-father (both beautiful dancers, he especially) on the dance floor after dinner.
Fireblossom~ Thanks much. :) That cuppa is charming to me, too. I found it on Google images and wish I had tried to track down the name of the photographer (if available).
Brian~ True, but even if I had not eaten it and he had I would find the aroma intoxicating. I just love garlic (obviously!).
BEGINNING IN 2014 I will reply to only occasional comments here, while appreciating every visit and all comments! My reason is to enable me to utilize that time to read and comment on your blog posts instead! If/when I get more organized I may later return to replying to comments here, but one of my New Years resolutions is to spend more time at your sites: reading, enjoying, learning! Thank you for understanding.
If your blog is associated with a Google+ account, I may not be able to visit you from your namelink. I do not wish to join Google+ and the site sometimes requires that I do so in order to read/comment on posts there.
