#2 of 3 birthday-related posts this week



I received this message in my email box this morning and since I wish him well I signed the card to wish him well! Speaking of well, the one that gushed in the Gulf of Mexico has surely made this the year from hell for the president. He's turning gray before our eyes (but they all have except Reagan...) and probably hasn't had much success in quitting smoking if truth be told. He should have some happiness on his birthday and maybe Michelle's idea for a card from the people will help ensure that. If you agree you can sign the card here.

    While I am occasionally frustrated with Obama's politics, I can't help but find him very likable, personable, and respectable. I hope this year gets easier for him and that he continues to push forward for change.

    Phoenix~ I am so sorry for not replying to your comment earlier! You pretty much wrapped up my feelings into your comment, except I hope he will not be a one-term president. :)

BEGINNING IN 2014 I will reply to only occasional comments here, while appreciating every visit and all comments! My reason is to enable me to utilize that time to read and comment on your blog posts instead! If/when I get more organized I may later return to replying to comments here, but one of my New Years resolutions is to spend more time at your sites: reading, enjoying, learning!
