ooh, unexpected! I read the first line and in conjunction with the picture was thinking something along the lines of insecure relationship. Which, on second though, is way too obvious, ha!
This actually makes me think of a transsexual man here in Moscow who performed in the Vagina Monologues last month. Such a beautiful person :)
