Lost: key to me

Red Key by Jarmila Kostliva

I am falling behind in projects, communications, promises and goals. I need to regroup and find the key to unlock the reasons for my being all locked up. When I tried to describe to myself how I am feeling only frustration came. In the soundtrack of my life this is what is playing right now, so I am going to take a few days to work and wait for the song to change.........

I can relate Lydia.Very well.
One thing I've learned is that
damn key is in US somewhere.I
know when I need to regroup too
I can usually find that key right
where I left it..Besise the key
to my own happines ;)

Be patient while regrouping if you can..you are where you're at for a
good reason I am sure.

I totally agree with Tabitha...you are where you're at for a good reason...take a break...walk...take a lot of deep breaths...and more yoga..going "within"?

Love,

Rhi

Tabitha~ I so appreciated receiving your comment because your commiseration helped, as it has in the past! I'm sincerely taking your words to heart. xo :)

Rhi~ See my message to Tabitha above? Same is true with you. btw, I think you would enjoy one another's blogs! I'm ending my day with some relaxation yoga, Rhi, because of your reminder. xo :)

FishHawk~ Your selection of my blog to feature in your weekly series came at such the right time...when I needed a lift and a smile. As I mentioned in my comments at your blog I will enjoy visiting the blogs you listed with mine. Thank you! Much appreciated. :)

Oh, Lydia--I really feel your pain of falling behind. I have so many balls up in the air right now and I am trying my hardest to keep them all afloat! As usual, I took on way too much (again!) and now I am working very long days. I'm making a boatload of money--but I would rather have a little more time right now, I think!

Lydia, you might want to try creating task lists. This is what I do. I actually have my time scheduled into tasks for days, weeks, and the month. Then I cross them off as I go through them. Breaking things down into workable chunks seems to help take some of the stress away. I use Outlook's Calendar program and it really helps!

Good luck!

You are so mercurial. You must be a true artist.

Melinda~ Well, I sure don't have as much as you have going on but I guess it's subjective, which is why it's hard to be objective about the situation! I do make lists but the regular old "to do" lists. I used to keep a joint "Things to do Today" list for my husband and me that never really had to be done that day but were just things that needed to be attended to. It was the cause of arguments after awhile, just its presence on the countertop. So I stopped doing that. I am not familiar with Outlook's Calendar program at all...thank you for mentioning it. I will def. try this out come Monday morning. Thanks, Coach!

Hattie~ Hmmm. That is an interesting observation. I've thought about it throughout the day and its application in how I see myself. Thank you for this unique comment. :)

Paul Simon has recently participated in Peter (man's a genius) Gabrlei's 2-part project. Peter released a CD of cover versions called "Scratch My Back" and invited the artists that he'd covered to return the favour on the follow up "I'll Scratch Yours" - PG did a slowed down version of "Boy In The Bubble" and PS has recorded "Biko" which you can find at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g4H6Y9wugY

I had the pleasure of seeing Simon on the "Rhythmn Of The Saints" Tour - it remains one of the best concerts I have ever been to.
